We started in October, Village Estates valued our home competitively, took fabulous photos, managed a weekend of viewings and had the house sold within a week. Just before Christmas that buyer decided not to proceed. VE swung into action and resold the house within a weekend. As the legal matters progressed Liz was assiduous in mapping the chain, plotting the progress, cajoling slow solicitors and keeping us informed. This is a professional office providing an excellent service, what more could you want.
