Selling and moving certainly can be full of trepidation. Having trustworthy guidance makes such a difference. Village Estates provided a level of friendly, dedicated individual care, advice and commitment at every stage that was so hugely reassuring.
From marketing to completion the team were flexible around viewings, guided on pricing decisions (and buyer behaviour!!), highly skilful at negotiation and updated at every step. I can't recommend enough the quality of their care, local knowledge and dedication. Such a pleasure to have on your side!!
After two purchases and a sale with them I would have no reservation in recommending Serena, Liz and the wonderful team. Why entrust an impersonal online service with such a life changing decision?
