Extremely pushy to come out and value my property and to offer mortgage advice. Have later learned that the person booking the appointments for the above gain commission from this, hence the pushy nature. Also refusal from the sales team to accept offers from me despite the property still being on the market. This is actually an illegal practice. They charge a set fee to sell your home therefore are not bothered about getting the highest price and would rather price your property down to get a quick sale. Overall a completely dishonest branch I hope that other people are not lured in by their pushy sales techniques.

I have not used this agent myself as luckily I found out this information before using them. They charge a set fee, so are not interested in getting the best price for your property.
