We moved to a rent property more then 3 years ago and Zest in all this time never easily helped us with maintenance issues.
Two months ago the washing machine broke down and we are still waiting to get it fix. They don't help and don't even answer emails promptly and when eventually do they have an unfriendly attitude. Avoid them!!!!
