Being a first time landlord i was extremely nervous about renting out my home. From the very first appointment with Heather to value the property, i felt in great hands - she explained the process in great detail and made sure i was aware of everything that i needed to do to get the property ready. She then photographed the house and made it look amazing. Once it was on the market i was kept informed regularly and a tenant was found quickly and efficiently. Hollie kept me updated with the referencing process and let me know as soon as my tenants had been accepted. I couldn't be happier!
