As a first time landlord i would like to thank Kayleigh & Debbie for effort made making this process easy for us as possible. They managed to arrange a professional tennant and offered a great deal in return for u with the Full Management Package. Kayleigh has communicated well and comes across polite and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Bairstow Eves in Hornchurch to others as Kayleigh is a honest person to deal with as this is hard to find nowadays unfortunately. We hope we can carry on doing doing business for years to come.

The fees is not the issue but the service and detailed explanation of next move. I have paid £780 to my agent 2014 and still got a frustrating service but £500 I paid Bestow eve is a good value for my money.
