As a first time home buyer I would NOT recommend anyone use this estate agents. At the start they seemed friendly and helpful but don't let that fool you, if you run into any problems they are not helpful at all. They should have had a better look at the house when valuated as it has many serious problems (costing me £10,000 in damages so far!), they overlooked these and they should have made me aware of then. They also should have encouraged me to pay for a proper internal and external inspection and explained what could go wrong if I didn't, they did not do this and made me believe the standard inspections were good enough. Once I got the house and saw all the problems I called to ask them for their help but they did nothing and took no responsibility. I asked them for additional pictures of the property to help me prove that the house that was sold to me was not in the condition that myself and my family saw it in but they said they didn't have any. They instead said that none of these things are their responsibility! If they are selling a property then they should have a good understanding of what they are selling! In my opinion they scammed me by selling me an overpriced house that has many problems that were hidden from me. I would seriously NEVER recommend this estate agent and will never use them again in the future.

You do realise we are in the middle of a pandemic?! Keeping distance to have a conversation is the law and for your own safety! As for the other comments, have some patience, most businesses have 9 weeks worth of work to catch up on and still not allowed to have all their staff working- again due to the safety measures brought by the pandemic. It’s a shame your house purchase is having to wait a little longer than expected but more important that you’re still alive surely? ...
