Been with Pattinson Durham Branch for the past 14 weeks, with regards to sale of my property, in this period we have not had a single viewing .
We have expressed our concern regarding this via email and they have not had the professional decency to reply,
End of contract period of 5 months can not come soon enough, absolutely terrible.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Apologise for the constant phonecalls. Improve communication so only one member of staff phones. Improve customer service skills! Even better staff training or new staff!!

Blatantly written by Pattinsons!! Like the previous dozen or so reviews! You could have at least spread them out a bit more....you obviously believe all your prospective clients are idiots. Shame on you! ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
