I WAS a tenant with this agency. The agent was contacting us many times per day because of possible contract and deposit. The contact vanished after signing the contract, and whenever we had a problem with the house, she did not reply promptly, not via email or phone. The windows were not closing in the house, we could not use bathroom properly (whole year) and got back email saying, that this is not a problem of agency - that they only take care of money.
They took some money from our deposit - for paying bills, unfortunately bills were lower, than what they took. I can't get hold of the agent anymore and I have no replies from the company neither. Very unprofessional agency.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Change the attitude and be honest - but this is too much to ask....Attached Filesnbsp;
