After having dealt with Bridges Letting Agent, I have had the most horrific customer service. First they tried to move me into a property that had health and safety issues, after I refused to move in they then charged me a second admin fee to move into another property. Their manager Richard Baugh has no personnel skills, to him and the company is all about profit first, customer second. They will call you into their office to sign the tenancy agreement then take you to see the house!!! thats how they screwed me. I fought it through their in house complaints procedure, which they dismissed as they did everything by the book! so i complained to the property Ombudsman who gave me back £250 after they judged Bridges could have done more.

Awful. £550 for a few bits of paper, then charged me a further £200 because I couldn't move into the house because it was not safe!

Very poor, didn't help me at all and let me get a long way through the system into buying a property and then suggested to their seller that someone else should get it. I had already got a survery on the property too, so lost all the money I had spent. I went very quickly to another agent. Do not trust these people. Should be sacked or prosecuted. ...

Reply is not factual, it was less than 5 months after terminating your contract we sold, other houses also did not sell and had our experience with poor unqualified views and he saw fit to complain to your management, Agents tasked to show our house that mislead viewers within 60 seconds of walking in the door , agents who couldn’t even describe an orangery. Try and cover yourselves in roses but for me your what one would put on roses. ...
