Our assessment of Service gave us is based on the evidence that my wife and I gleaned from the start of contact with you to the last time that we met. Throughout the process I believe that I offered him formative constructive comments on how progress was emerging in your search for a property for us. I will now write a synthesis of the professional achievements that resulted from Alexander's work for us and the significance of these in enabling us to achieve our private goals.

Alexander was highly effective in supporting us, through his diligence in guiding us through the maze of property offers. We appreciated the respectful manner in which he communicated his thoughts and advice in concise written email messages... rather than mobile phone calls ! In short, my wife ( a tough customer) and I believe that Alexander merits recognition for the quality of his professional performance, which we highlight under a few key descriptors . We hope that he will regard our comments as Fair and Constructive.

a. Approachability: (i.e., the inter-personal skills that affect the relationship between both parties). EXCELLENT
b. Accessibility ( i.e., reliability and responsiveness) GOOD
c. Analytical skills (i.e. to grasp the root factors within the customer's aspiration) OUTSTANDING
d. Creativity ( offering flexible solutions rather than prescriptions for customers to make decisions under stress. OUTSTANDING
e. Resilience (when customer appears to reject advice) GOOD
f. Future Potential: EXCELLENT

2. Our eventual Choice of Property? “All that praise, so how is it that you did not rent one of Pedder's Properties?

In the end, after considerable thought, we chose a 2 bedroom property, ground floor, modern flat in the 'elite' BR3 area. We wish to assure Alexander/Pedder that there was nothing amiss in the Sydenham properties that he showed us around! Perhaps his success was in helping us to see through the 'fuzz' and to make the best decision to match our backgrounds and priorities for our 1 year stay in London.

Searching for rental property in London can be a 'messy' business; it is even more so when searching from afar ( Edinburgh). We thank Alexander and are confident that he will demonstrate a successful trajectory in whatever he does in your career. Should he need a Referee, I will be honoured to act as one. Well done!
