As a customer I found Neil to be very professional, respectful, empathetic, warm, friendly and very responsive. He is a good listener, always taking into account my views, as well as my expressed needs; he was very supportive, I always received from him, not only great support, but good advice and suggestions. Neil gained my trust as well as respect through the good possitive working relationship he developed with me and always willing to help. I always felt he was working in my best interest and that was very important to me.
