I have been a tenant for Posh Pads for just under a year therefore I am very familiar with how the company operates in terms of communicating with tenants, paying rent and house maintenance.
Ash is a newly acquainted member to Posh Pads and since taking on the responsibility of maintenance for all the properties there has been a significant improvement. The lock to our property wasn't working so Ash rectified this issue (in a day!) by identifying that it was the keys that were the issue and not the lock itself. We've managed to get 8 new keys with no stress and with clear communication throughout.
He is an asset to the company and about time someone was!
