We are selling our house in the uk from overseas, so its obviously quite a stressful time for us. The level of service i have had from Julianna & Rebecca and the team at the Chellaston Branch has been exceptional. They do what they say they will do, communicate really well, and sold our house in less than 6 months. This is about the best customer service I've experienced in a long time!! I would definitely recommend them.
Comment on agent fees
I think the fees are about in line with others. To be honest, even if their fees were double that of others, I would go with Hannells
