Due to mistake made by the branch, i (the landlord) have not received any rent money for 5 months. The branch staff was never trying to help and this has left me in financial distress but they do not care.
my advise to the branch staff - try to put yourself in other people's shoe every once a while so you understand what kind of grief you have caused to other people. One day, you will find yourself in the receiving end of similar customer poor service.
