Shernitta managed our property for the last 4 years and we've always felt we could trust her to be doing her best. We've had a tough time with a water leak due to some overdue building maintenance issues and she followed up on in in a very professional manner, keeping us up to date with the progress while dealing withe building management. She has also facilitated some requests we had about our flat in a very timely manner. She's always reacted properly to all our emails, our experience with her is 100% positive.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
