Thanks to Julie and the amazing team at Ramsey my house sold the first day it was available for viewings. Three prospective buyers lined up, all of which made an offer! I couldn't believe it, especially in the current political climate. Selling a house can be stressful, but due to Julie's knowledge of the local market she made me feel confident I wouldn't have to wait long and she was right!
Comment on agent fees
TM aren’t cheap but you definitely get great value for money. I’ve bought and sold 2 properties with them now and highly recommend their services.
