Buying our first house was a daunting experience, and everyone at the Davis Tate Didcot office was extremely nice and helpful! From our first meeting with Victoria to our viewings of properties and just general advice from Rachel and David. They were nice, helpful and very professional, taking time out to advise us and direct us towards properties that matched what we were looking for rather than a generic list of properties in the area! Great service and an amazing team of people! We didn't end up buying a property advertised through this agent, but had a really positive experience in all our communications with them!

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
