Andrea was enthusiastic about our property from the start, she had done her research, knew her market well and valued our property realistically. Andrea also knew her buyers well and was able to match a perfect buyer to our house extremely quickly.
The house went 'live' for marketing on 29th January and we had an acceptable offer on 9th February. Feedback following viewings was within an hour after each viewing and the feedback was helpful. Andrea and any members of her team who answered the phone were always friendly, pleasant and courteous and as helpful as they could be. All were proactive when necessary. The team always phoned back when they said they would.
Andrea and her team were professional and efficient and we were delighted with the service they provided.

Comment on agent fees
Although the fees seem quite high, it could have been much more difficult to sell this property in the current market. We wanted an agent that knew the local market and would be 'hands on' with viewings as we could not always be there. It could have taken a lot longer to sell this house. We are satisfied that Andrea and her team did what we engaged them to do in a professional and friendly way that sold our house quickly.
