We sold our house through Haart despite all of their attempts to apparently destabilise the process. They lied to us about what our buyers were saying and as we understand it, lied to the buyers about what we had said. We ended up arranging to meet the buyers for a coffee to sort things out ourselves. I made a formal complaint that was ignored. Overall we felt that the whole process was protracted because of their ineptitude and we almost ended up losing our purchase as a result. The most stressful house sale I've ever endured. They are on the whole patronising and I fail to see what they did to earn their commission. Avoid.

Zero customer service. Staff are not knowledgeable about either the properties themselves or the legal aspects of tenancy agreements. Had to waste money on solicitors fees getting advice which I knew was the case anyway but the staff were too arrogant or ignorant to be ...
