From coming up to view the site for the first time, where we met Natalie, to completing months later, with Shah, the service and welcome we received was always excellent. Both of them have good communication skills and use these to help make you feel comfortable and listened to. Having recently had an extremely negative experience while trying to purchase a property this could not have been more different. At no point did we feel under pressure to buy a house from them, it was very much this is what we have to offer if you like it then brilliant but if not that is okay. Towards the end there were a few issues with flooring in the property however Shah's honesty and communication with these matters made them less stressful than they could have been. Thank you both for everything.
