I have recently just got my life and critical illness insurance from Katy, I found the service she provided was very professional throughout, She explained everything to me in detail and in a way I could understand. Comment on agent fees
I was a very alert and organised tenant. Never paid anything late or every queried the agents fees, yet it's taken me 3 months of arguing and I'm still no closer to trying to get my deposit back!!! It's awful, could you imagine if I'd not of paid rent for 3 months!
