Although we didn't end up finding our house with Haart Bury St Edmunds, when we were looking, Bethany was on the phone to me weekly to see if there was any updates on our house sale. When we had sold, she was always sending across suggestions for properties we may be interested in. She has a very friendly and helpful telephone manner - definitely the right personality for this job!
