We were remotely selling a property and C&R did everything for us. House clearance, decorating, repair works were all taken care of by the C&R team. The work was to an immaculately high standard, and exceptionally affordable. Communication was excellent throughout. Within 1week of having the property on the market we received our first offer.

Hi Daniel, I'm sorry that you have not had a smooth move in. I don't understand what has gone wrong as all of our properties have all mains connected and should be a case of just turning a boiler/tank on. As i don't know your full name i'm assuming that you have taken on a MANAGED property and not a LET ONLY property.
