Some good agents, but too many deadbeats.
Like many other reviewers I had the 'delight' of turning up to a viewing, waiting for the agent to arrive (late) and without keys, thereby wasting my journey and taking time out of the working day.
Inventories are hit and miss, my amendment to the start-of-tenancy inventory got lost by the time I moved out, agency wouldn't discuss this.
Had to withhold rent to get some maintenance issues looked at.
After I moved out, mail addressed to me was opened, or went missing.
I hear that other branches are better than the Cambridge one, sadly I see no need to give them a chance.

I can confirm this comment. The ‘professional’ was surprised that we were waiting at the property to accompany him. He had already just not turned up the first day he was due. He told us he likes to turn up unannounced. We soon discovered why. The check out service was shockingly bad. A few photos were clicked off. Damage was missed which we had to point out to him.
