I had a home buyers report done by Butters John Bee.Lots of problems I have found out since I have moved in none of the issues I have found are mentioned in report.Wont walk on pavement to see side of house will just put can't see.Had to have roof done shortly after moving in they didn't pick up ridge tiles falling off and Dry verges had nails in which they shouldn't.Had to have these replaced loads of money !!! Put in a complaint weren't interested.
