Having tried two local and respected agents without success and with little support from them, we decided to go up market and approach Fine & Country (F&C), not thinking that our humble cottage would qualify amongst their exclusive and expensive portfolio. But along came Greg full of a salesman's optimism and instilled in us the confidence to "give it a go" as our property did indeed meet their marketing criteria.
Not used to the practices and philosophy of high end property sales techniques we were impressed by F&C's professionalism and dedication to get on with the job and get results.
We were so impressed with the way the property was dressed for the photographs and by the photographs and brochure themselves that we almost didn't want to move because it looked so inviting.
After a few viewings a buyer was found, which, regrettably, turned out to be the source of significant legal hassle and delays.
Enter stage left Jess who did a fantastic job as transaction manager, or progress chaser to put it into the vernacular. She was good at keeping communications channels open between the various parties involved. She was also very patient in putting up with the frequent frustration we expressed at yet another process hurdle and legal delay blocking the path to progress.
Notwithstanding an additional 3 months delay (not the fault of F&C), Jess and Greg did a great job in keeping the show on the road and keeping the communications channels open. Thank you both very much.

By our standards rather expensive but worth it for the extra attention and effort that went into the marketing, sales and progress chasing activities.
