Completely incompetent. I emailed, left a voicemail, called again and when i eventually got through I was given completely in accurate information. I was also told I'd be called back and was not. When i called again I was told that the property was not take any more viewings unlike their website states and that the property was in actual fact leasehold after being told it was share of the free hold. The Agent said her name was Dominique she was rude and incompetent.
