Frazer took amazing photos of our house to begin with and got the price spot on (also the price I wanted for the house) and it sold within two days. Don't be fooled by the major online agent - they hugely undervalued our house on purpose. Go with these guys. They've got a great reputation for a reason and understand the local market. Big thanks also to Clare the manager for taking my calls and constant questions. Finally to Debbie, who essentially made this move happen by chasing up our solicitors constantly and always being at the end of the phone to reassure and offer advice. A brilliant team, amazing communication and a really reasonable fee. Thank you!
