Kate Mardon has been exceptionally helpful with all of the problems we have had at the house, she's been very good at communicating with me, arranging for work to be completed and has taken our personal circumstances into consideration when arranging the work. Kate is on hand to offer advice and has always done her best to resolve any issues. Kate has changed Oakwoods reputation with us as we had to complain to the managing director following the amount of mess ups with the move. Thank you Kate for being so helpful.
