So glad to have found this company! Nathan and Robyn are efficient, friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible - not just for us (the landlords), or the tenants, but for the neighbours as well, so that everyone is kept happy. This really is seeing the big picture, saving time and money in the long run, and after dealing with management companies for our other properties all over the country, they are a very welcome breath of fresh air.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
