Out of several searches, we were able to get a property closest to our expectation through Connells Agency. The staff are quite friendly and responsive. However, it is disappointing to realise after we have moved in that we will be dealing directly with the landlord on the management/maintenance of the property. It will be good if Connells ensure the property is properly cleaned, especially the utilities before handing over the key to the new tenant.
