Extremely disappointed in the whole initial process. I specifically asked not to have photos taken until some cosmetic work had been completed and this was ignored. I cancelled their services before we went to market and sold our property for a lot more than their suggested valuation within 24hrs of being on the market. Never would consider using in the future

They quoted me a fixed price which equated to 1.5% but the agent that sold my property charged me 1%.
