Davis Tate Didcot have been outstanding from start to finish with regards to the sale of our flat. In particular I would like to say a HUGE thank you firstly to;
David Wrigley - who has taken the meaning of going above and beyond to a whole other level. There have been some extremely tight deadlines to meet and difficult hurdles to get over to ensure this sale was completed on time and David took it upon himself to ensure that everything that could be done -was done ,in a professional and efficient manner. David even went to the extent of driving 3.5 hours in his personal time to hand deliver crucial documents to the relevant vendors to ensure our personal deadlines could be met - it doesn't get any better than that! David continuously provided us with updates, provided us with realistic expectations and always followed through on actions advised and we cannot thank him enough! Secondly I would like to say thank you to Rachel Grimsey - Rachel has also been fantastic through out this process, she is always so obliging, friendly and happy to help however she can and made us feel very comfortable through out the process! We cannot thank you both enough! Laura & Jade

1. Money held in reserve - totally unnecessary as contractors always invoice me direct.
