i had an appointment to view a flat in eastleigh, no one from fox and sons turned up. about 2 days later i had a missed call from them. when i returned the call i spoke to a women who said very flippantly sorry about the no show, not we will look into what happened, just sorry. when asked when i can view the property again i said anytime i work close by. she then asked me why are might want to buy the property for investment or to live in, i said thats my bussiness and did not want to say at which point she told me she did not like my attitude, its no wonder estate agents are struggling.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Just replying to emails & calls occasionally would be a step in the right direction. Keeping clients informed just once or twice would be a huge leap forward. Maybe handing on offers to the vendor occasionally?! I know: that's a really radical idea & you're probably not up to that yet. Bwhahahahahaha. Worst. Agents. Evah.Attached Filesnbsp;
