If you are English and buying don't use this agency at all they are very anti English. We had an offer accepted on a property on a Friday and amazingly by Saturday another buyer had turned up. We were then put into a bidding war - which I'm sure isn't legal once an offer is accepted and then told the vendors had gone with the other buyer - shattering our dreams of owning a house we loved and would have been perfect - I really wouldn't recommend this lot at all.
