We had a pretty drawn out purchase (through no fault of Pedder) and at every step Emma was incredible. Reassuring, calm, informative, highly responsive - it was exactly what was needed on the bumpy journey. We felt in very safe hands and like she was genuinely as delighted as we were when we finally got our exchange. We are now in, the flat is everything we ever wanted and more.
I don't think we would have stuck it out had it not been for Emma, she's been brilliant and we will be getting her round for some champagne very soon!
