We have been renting a four-bedroom student property in Cambridge since August 2018, and Amelia has been our agent at Martin & Co. I had previously rented a property from a disastrous agency in Cambridge, and have heard numerous horror stories from friends - especially students, who are often taken advantage of by agents. Our experience with Amelia at Martin & Co. could not have been more different. This staff at this agency are efficient, helpful and friendly, and have always been happy to help us anytime we have had any issues or problems.
