The experience has been expensive and laborious from start to finish.
On signing for the house there was a multitude of random charges including £60 admin fees dished out for any reason under the sun.
All-together the moving in fees equated to over £700 per person for 3 people - £2,100 for the house and Frank Innes did next to nothing.
During my tenancy the staff refused to get involved in any dealings and left it to the landlord who was also unreliable. For example, when the back door failed to lock due to wear and tear it remained broken for 6 weeks.
Furthermore, all 3 house mates were charged to continue the contract, something I have never experienced before or since.
When it came to moving out I was charged a £60 exit fee despite the fact that I was on a rolling contract and gave surplus notice.
As well as this, Frank Innes refused to refund my deposit, stating that the new tenant would have to give me the money and I would have to change my deposit over to him; it is written in the contract as 'a gentleman's agreement' which I thought died out with trial by combat...obviously not. It took me 2 months of phone calls and emails to obtain my deposit.
Throughout, communication with any and all of the staff there was diabolical. They didn't answer emails, refused to answer questions over the phone and then threatened to call the police when i complained.
Never seen anything like it before in my life.
Please, don't use them - you will regret it.

I'm in exactly the same boat with them! I have children under 5 and have been waiting since 5th January for maintenance to come and replace my leaking radiator! They left me for around 1 week without a boiler over Christmas with my children, we had to stay with family. Avoid Frank Innes , Central Avenue like the plague.
Continually bad service with lack of communication between team members .
No updates from the branch re. viewings. All contact initiated by myself the vendor. The staff were always too busy to give a reply.
The phone was more often than not on answer phone.
The final straw for us was when eventually 10 months down the line when we had accepted an offer on our property they failed to submit the memorandum of sale to the solicitors.
