Two things I complained, as in my original post:
1. Asking for a Holding Deposit when you clearly cannot hold the property (as another agent is advertising and handling the same property) is not honest.
2. When your staff tells a potential tenant that 'there is nothing in the contract for you to agree to' and hang up on the potential tenant on a call, it is unprofessional, dishonest and rude.
Lastly, I did not complain about the landlord not agreeing to any particular request of mine in my post. Trying to frame me in that way and possibly in an effort to suggest that I complained because I was not satisfied is another thing that shows your/your firm's dishonesty.
