Where do I begin? Our experience with Wentworth & Rose has been nothing short of atrocious. While the apartment is great and we have a fantastic landlord, the estate agents are the worst we've ever come across. From not being told we'd have no hot water/heating for 2 weeks after we'd already moved in, having to chase them for an inventory which came a week after we got our keys, to them shouting at us for being 'unreachable' (they'd called twice, left one voicemail the night before they yelled at us) when they tried to arrange a viewing in the house with less than the 24 hours legally required (and stipulated in the holy revered tenancy agreement). The worst is saved for last, when my partner was yelled at when trying to be as helpful as possible by arrogant employee No.1, Chelsie, before I was spoken to like a tiny piece of s**t by none other than the Managing Director, who's smarmy, uppity, self-important and passive aggressive tone was astounding when I asked her about complaints procedure, basically telling me (a 'valued' customer) that any complaint they deemed 'irrelevant' would not be responded to. How's that for putting your customer first? Especially for a company who repeatedly claim to put their customers best interests at the core of their business on their website.

If you have any self respect and value yourself, I'd avoid them at all costs. The way they treat people is entirely dependent on how much money they'll make from you, under a presence of being 'forward thinking' and putting customers first, they're a microcosmic example of what is wrong with our world, looking after their own capitalist interests ahead of being basic good human beings.

They aren't worth your thoughts, money or precious breath.
