Portray a very negative image of their tenants. Very unhelpful and slow with the referencing process, bad communicators that have little clue on what is happening.
Take the admin fees and leave you without an agreement with the landlord because that is how they operate. Very bad practice that I have not seen before. Definitely stay away from them or be very cautious with these people.

Cannot agree more. This agency is an absolute joke. Do not approach them because it is day light robbery!!
