We signed with posh pads last year after being told not too. I can honestly say that it has been trouble free, any issues were addressed in good time and the office staff were friendly.

Horrendous! Don’t be fooled by this team of charlatans. Aggressive selling pitch. They just want to fleece you of every penny for accommodation that should be condemned. Ageing houses that would make your skin crawl. There are definitely agents with more integrity out there....

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
