Lies and incompetence by all staff were what we experienced. Staff ensured us our buyer was ready to go with no chain, enabling us to buy our property. Reality was a chain that held our purchase up, increasing our price by £5,500.00. Nothing but incompetence, lies and unprofessionalism. Senior management at head office not supportive of our arguments.

Bad. We paid 2 1/2 percent as they weren’t sole agent. Asked for discount due to their total incompetence (they couldn’t even get their maths right). No discount given.

I have used Jacksons to find a property to rent.
They have been very professional showing us the property as well along the way through the referencing process, paying holding deposit etc.
I would definitely recommend Jackson's if you appreciate everything organised promptly....
