I used Partridge Homes to sell one of my houses in my portfolio after my friend recommended them. I was slightly anxious about using another agent to sell my properties as I have always used the one agent.
I first met Calum who was very friendly and presentable. He wasn't pushy and made me feel welcome. He come out to see me and put the property on the market the first thing the next day.
The file was then passed over to James who handled the viewings of the property and was tasked with getting a sale for me. By the end of the first day of it being live, James managed to book in many viewings for the following day which led to a sale of above the asking price.
Paul then managed the sale of the property and made sure that it was pushed over the line. We had no hold ups during the contract stages and my property completed 4 weeks after the sale was agreed.
The whole team are very friendly and great at responding back to phone calls.
My overall experience with Partridges has been outstanding and I will definitely be sending more business over to them.
