i have used the Basildon branch to buy and sell properties, and have had 1st class service from Simon, we sat down and discussed what type of properties i was looking for, and didnt send me any properties that were unsuitable. unlike other agents he was very proactive and helpful, and guided me through the process. i had some problems with solar panels which was holding up the mortgage application, but Chelsey sorted it all, which saved me a lot of work. we got the mortgage through the branch, and again had great service from Danielle. the service from this branch was superb, and i highly recommend them.

Sue, I really appreciate the feedback above, this shows that as Estate Agents we always try to go the extra mile by ensuring we are human and do deliver on the promises given. I am sure the marketing techinques not only helped yourselves, but can really stand our properties out from the competition, not only gaining a sale for the clients, but also achieving the best possible price.
