i have used Kingswood for the past 4 years for all my properties and they have been excellent at finding me good tenants. always happy to deal with Harriet and Matt, although all the staff are good.

Further to our investigation into this matter it is clear that you were more than happy with our services up until the point of your buyer withdrawing from the purchase.
Our findings are that the purchaser's solicitor received the leasehold pack from Basildon Council. The details in this pack were that the Council were to be undertaking works in the very near future and this would be a cost of approximately £17,00 ...
