very upset with Haart harborne team as they misled me into a very difficult situation and then they lied to my face. I am a landlord and this Haart is the worse thing ever happened to me. they are very unprofessional, expensive and very rude people. there are lots of hidden fees or semi insurance policies that cleverly put there to profit from your weaknesses. try to avoid them and read every corner of your statements. they are rubbish I do promise you

I have sympathy for you Ranjit. I have been having a similar experience with Rachel Morton - lies, empty promises, failure to act and so on. Luckily, she left Haart yesterday 9th August. To think Haart allowed her to be employed for so long is staggering. Haart need to understand property management is about client service and client communication - they are dealing with people's hard earned assets and children's inheritance. ...
