Bradley's have been poor throughout the entire experience of working with them.rnFirstly, their initial fees are extortionate. rnThey did not sort out any issues regarding mould and damp in the property, they allowed the landlords to take control of whom tried to get us to get in contact with the worker they had previously used and get him to do the work, so we had to sort it ourselves.rnThe landlord came to the property unannounced, meaning that we didn't even have time to ask a Bradley's representative to work with us, and upon informing Bradley's of what had happened they didn't even achknowledge this and addressed other points made except for this as they don't want to be liable for something they know is illegal.rnThey let out the property in what they rated as a '3/5 for cleanliness', and after leaving the property in a cleaner condition than what we entered, they proceeded to deduct a ridiculous amount of money for cleaning a small decked area of which we put in to better the property, and then informed us of the following:rn'The landlord has also advised that consent was not given for the decking to installed and therefore the cost to remove this would far exceed the proposed deduction for cleaning.' rnConsent was given but not wholely in written form which we should have chased up, but as you can see the landlord tried to blackmail us by insinuating if we challenged the deduction of funds for cleaning that they would charge us more to remove the decking- which Bradley's approved!rnThey are not there to provide a good service, they purely care about money and how much they can get out of you.rnThere are loopholes in all of their policies to protect their landlords and monies obtained, and they have a reply to everything that covers their backs, unless there's actually a complaint made and then nothing is done about it.rnThey are contributing to the rising population of people living in poor housing and paying extortionate amounts to do so, by protecting slum landlords who treat their tenants like mud on their shoes. Although, that's if you can even afford the initial fees in the first place.

Having read the file notes and seen the amount of work that went into trying to help provide more competitive quotes for cleaning the decking that the permission was indeed given, subject to you also removing it upon leaving, was just one of the areas where we clearly tried to help you.
