“I could not imagine a better Property Manager than Chloe Thomson...”

At the end of December 2018 I have secured a letting agreement of an apartment with CMC Property. Without any prior indication of such event progression, by mid-January 2019 I was informed that the company undergoes a liquidation process and that my flat will be moved under the jurisdiction of a different letting agency. After some complications along the way, finally in February South Side Management took over the control of my flat and Chloe Thomson was assigned to be its Property Manager. Given my circumstances I need to honestly say that I could not imagine a better Property Manager than Chloe. She immediately put all of her effort to ensure that after such a period of uncertainty I feel safe, comfortable and cared about in my new home. All her words were followed by prompt actions resulting in significant improvements of the apartment's quality standards including: bed replacement, safety checks, new heat/smoke detectors installation etc. Moreover, Chloe is clearly a professional being there always for you when you need to get in touch with her. From my experience I can highly recommend Chloe as an amazing Property Manager who can make your tenancy flawless and who you can count on at all times!
